How to Bypass the French Sector

Question:
I am flying easyJet from London and they say it lands in French sector. I want to know can I bypass French passport control and exit out of Switzerland side. Geneva airport website doesn't say it in detail how to bypass French sector if your flight lands in French sector itself!

Answer:
In reality planes don't land in any sector but passengers at the Geneva Airport can exit into either France or Switzerland. It's up to you to exit into whatever country you want. I believe the vast majority exit into Switzerland, I've as yet not been able to find how one exits into France. I've been told there is a sign directing you to France near Swiss passport control but haven't found it yet and I really looked the last time I went through. You should be fine, just follow everyone else.
