Are there any rail or bus transfers to Courmayeur or Chamonix?
Answer:
Yes, there is a train to Chamonix. Rail Europe has more info. You would leave from Eaux Vives station. This thread explains how.
About a bus I’m sure there is something but that seems to change year to year and I’m not sure what’s running or planned to running when you travel. The official Geneva Airport has a page that looks to be up to date.
