Lost Luggage Geneva Airport
Should you have a problem with lost luggage at the Geneva Airport then you will probably need to contact either Dnata Switzerland (formerly Jet Aviation) or SwissPort. Witch one to contact will depend on your airline. This page on the official Geneva Airport website offers a link to a phf file listing what airlines are served by which company.
The Dnata Switzerland and SwissPort offices are located at baggage reclaim. Note that there is an entrance to both the Dnata Switzerland and SwissPort offices from the public arrival area.
Standing in baggage reclaim, looking at the exits Dnata Switzerland is to your right and SwissPort is to your left. Each is located at opposite ends of the baggage reclaim area. Both offices have staff that speak English. In between is where you can exit into Switzerland and Swiss customs.
